The SCSO Dive Team and responders from the Sullivan County Emergency Management Agency, Sullivan County Emergency Medical Services, Warriors Path Volunteer Fire Department, Kingsport Lifesaving Crew, Warriors’ Path State Park and Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency went to the park at about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
